Shipping & Returns


Delivery will normally be either carried out by us or a third party depending on distance from our branch. Delivery charge will be applied. All deliveries normally take place between 9am and 5pm.

  • The driver is not insured to handle goods into your property.

  • The goods should be checked at the time of delivery, any damaged tiles should be reported within 48 hours.

  • If goods are not accepted for any reason other than the tiles being damaged or wrong then the cost of delivery and cost of returning the goods will be charged as well as a 20% handling charge.


Return & Exchange Policy

We’re more than happy to give you money back for the products you didn’t use as long as they are returned to us with our Refund Terms.

Refunds can be made provided your goods are returned as sold within 28 days of the receipt date and it applies to:

  • Full packs of stocked tiles

  • Full packs of special order tiles ( 20% restocking charge will be applied)

  • Trims

Please note:

  • refund will not be processed without the original till receipt

  • single tiles will not be refunded

  • during our promotions there might be additional terms and conditions applied to our refund policy, please ask a member of staff for details

All items should be unpacked and inspected as soon as possible. Should you have any questions at this stage or find any supply, shading or other faults, please contact your store immediately.

Before fixing products into place, please ensure you or your tiler are satisfied that the products supplied are correct and as ordered. Please note that once the products have been fitted we will be unable to refund, exchange or compensate fixing or re-fixing charges.
